American Empire – Resisting the Government’s Indoctrination System

As a Muslim American who reverted to Islam out of the love I felt for the teachings contained within the Quran I do not feel I can send my son to a school that teaches the things America has put in classrooms and school libraries. This is far from my only concern in American schools I also can’t in good conscience send my son into a gun free zone with nobody to protect him in a time where people are regularly committing shootings at them. Plus abuse from other kids is rampant, I personally suffered sexual abuse while in the care of an American school, and there is the gender mixing aspect that would require an expensive private school to avoid.

My extended family and in-laws do not agree with this choice. They believe a kid must go to school, play with other kids, learn what the government has decided appropriate for children his age. I sometimes struggle to stand firm in my decision as my son’s development is already slow compared to “neurotypical” kids his age and I wonder if a school could provide him the resources he needs. I do have him seeing doctors and if he were verbal and wanted to attend school I would allow it but unfortunately I have an entire YouTube playlist of cable news stories of special needs kids being abused by their teachers, bus drivers, peers, etc. I can’t justify sending him to a place that will teach things contrary to Islam where he cannot speak or defend himself.
